Barlow Respiratory Hospital is a long-term acute care hospital (LTCH) with a specialty in weaning patients from ventilators. We serve medically complex patients referred to us from hospital intensive care units (ICUs) with highly individualized treatment and specialized respiratory care and rehabilitation.

Our expert interdisciplinary teams, including board-certified pulmonologists, internists, registered nurses, respiratory therapists, licensed social workers, physical and occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, case managers, and registered dietitians, and our administrative and support staff share a common goal: to make a positive difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
